NOTICE OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Information We May Collect

In providing you with financial products or services, we collect nonpublic personal information (personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available) about you from information we receive from you on applications, tax returns, net worth statements, or other forms, by phone, mail or in person. Such information may include, but is not limited to, wage and employment information, marital status, residency and home ownership, tax liabilities and asset and brokerage information. We may also use information about clients from their transactions with us, or others.
Depending on the nature of a financial transaction, we may obtain additional information about clients from third parties, such as previous accountants, bookkeepers or tax preparers, securities broker-dealers, bankers or attorneys.

Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of this practice except as required or permitted by law. Under Massachusetts law, if you provide us with information which you identify as confidential pursuant to a professional engagement with us, we are not permitted to disclose that information without your consent, except in response to a court proceeding, to the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy, or in the course of quality reviews of this firm.

Protecting the Confidentiality and Security of Current and Former Clients' Information

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know the information to provide products or services to you. Additionally, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards and with federal regulations.

Former Clients

Even if you are no longer a client, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, and any of the policies described above, at any time.
If a change is made, you will be notified as soon as possible.
